Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

Delivery Times:

• Domestic Orders (United States): Please allow 5-7 business days (estimated) for delivery.
• International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-10 (estimated) business days.

Although we aim to ship your order and provide a tracking number within 7 business days, please note that delivery times may vary. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously working to improve our delivery speed and convenience.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

While we are responsible for packages lost in transit, we unfortunately are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided.  If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier to report the issue.
