Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:


Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products), if used. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, after use. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:


The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item, and upon acceptance of the return, proceed with a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:


For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:


Once you receive your package, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days at no additional cost.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@revraa.com.
